365 Experience’s fall co-op students have started their work term and are excited to see what they can contribute to the company over the next four months. Meet the team who are helping manage your favourite destinations in Halifax.
Mikayla Manderville is a third year Commerce student at Dalhousie University. Raised in New Hampshire, USA, she has joined our team as special projects manager. “365 offers a co-op experience where I have control over what projects I take on,” says Mikayla. “With a supportive executive staff, I know that I have room to make mistakes and we can find innovative solutions that improve not only the company, but my professional ability.” Mikayla is looking forward to learning different strategies for running a business.
Nicole Young is a third year Finance student at Dalhousie University and is this term's Finance Manager. Nicole came to university from Toronto, and chose Halifax because she loves the coastline and local cuisine. She hopes to use her position with 365 Experience to share her passion for Nova Scotia with the rest of the world. Additionally, she hopes to build a better understanding of how small businesses manage finances. “I hope that this co-op will enhance my studies and help me narrow down what I want to do after graduation.”
Madison Mills is a fourth year public relations student at Mount Saint Vincent University, and is our Marketing, Branding, and PR Manager. She is born and raised in Halifax, and is excited to use her position to share her city with the rest of the world. Her passion for the tourism industry in Nova Scotia and interest in entrepreneurship led to her position with 365 Experience. “I love how 365 is constantly innovating with sustainability in mind,” says Madison. "I look forward to working with the team to help create amazing rental experiences."
